Purchasing Firearms Online

I am not currently less than twenty-one (21) years old
By selling or delivering ammunition and/or firearms accessories to me, Sigwo Arms, LLC is not violating any state or local law or ordinance
I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year
I am not a fugitive from justice
I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substances have not been adjudicated as a mental defective and I have not been committed to any mental institution
I am not an illegal or unlawful alien, and I am not a nonimmigrant alien
I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions
I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship
I am currently not subject to a domestic violence restraining order of any kind
I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence
I will not conduct an unauthorized export of any defense articles

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). If it is not legal in your resident state, we will not sell it to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state. Click here to view state restrictions. Firearms purchased online may be picked up at our location or shipped to an approved FFL near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). Buyers are encouraged to contact their receiving FFL licensee before purchase. Returns or FFL refusals are subject to 20% restocking fee.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 15 business days of purchase. Custom gun orders and Cerakote options are not refundable. Returns are subject to 20% restocking fee. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON AMMO! ATF regulations generally prohibit the return of ammunition to retailers once it has left their premises. This is due to regulations concerning the sale and transfer of firearms and ammunition, which restrict the ability to return hazardous materials like ammunition after they have been sold.

Restocking

In the event you order an item that is not legal in your state, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. It is your responsibility to verify the item is allowable to be shipped and possessed by you in your state.

SSL Transmission

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor’s Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

Online Store Pricing and Omissions

Online inventory and pricing is not guaranteed from errors or omissions. We make every effort for accuracy. We reserve the right to refuse any order due to these errors, omissions, or incorrect/invalid coupon usage. In the event we cancel an order we will not charge the customer or we will refund the charges.

Layaway Policy

Layaway is available on everything we sell, in-store and online, excluding sale, promotions, and/or pre-owned items. Sigwo Arms has a 10/10/10 policy. The policy is 10% down, 10% a month, for 10 months. You may pay any amount over 10% at anytime, but you must pay 10% per month. You will receive invoices via email and reminders via text and email. Payments must be made by the due date or be accessed a $10 late fee. There are no interest charges for carrying your layaway the full 10 months. After 90 days, there is a $50 maintenance fee for processing invoice reminders and storage. All layaway accounts must be paid in full within 10 months. Payments can be made via invoice, in store using credit or debit cards, and cash. For any custom work performed by Sigwo Arms, you must pay at least 50% down to start the project. As long as your account is in good standing, you may ask to change or abandon your layaway at any time, unless it is a custom order. Upon change requests, Sigwo Arms will issue store credit, minus the $25 order change/cancellation fee. Any account overdue by 60 days will be closed and all monies paid are forfeited. Sigwo Arms reserves the right to modify our layaway policy at any time.
